Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed (usually 1 working day). Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

Returns & Refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order. If you have received your goods and decide that you don’t want them, you must inform us in writing at info@hmglobal.store within 14 days and we will provide a return authorisation for you. The cancellation period starts on the day after the day on which you receive your goods. We recommend that you retain the original packaging and return it back to us in this. We also recommend that you obtain proof of posting. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to the payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.

You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
